IDM Houston -- Founded in 1986, IDM Equipment manufactures drilling rigs and integrated systems from its 15-acre facility in Houston for the North American market and international clients.
IDM Ukraine -- Acquired in 2006, IDM Ukraine brings 120 years of continuous rig-building experience to the manufacture of rigs and will provide a competitive high quality manufacturing hub for the Group and international design expertise in the UK, providing rigs for clients worldwide.
